The preparation of our walk of faith has been a process from the beginning of our lives; however, we are more often than not unaware of it.
Consequently, we fail to consult the Lord and ask where He wants us to go or what He wants us to do. Like rudderless ships we drift through life hoping we will somehow stumble across His will and purpose for our lives. We settle for an occasional “God encounter,” rather than living in His presence.
comprehending His plan
God has a plan for each life He creates. Jeremiah 29:11 says, “For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
When we separate ourselves from God, the purpose for which we were created is not accomplished, but when we spend time in His presence, we discover and can fulfill that purpose.
“He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High, shall abide in the shadow of the Almighty,” (Psalm 91:1).
